Some of your responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable solutions on Sitecore (XM/XP/Experience Platform).
Build and customize components, templates, renderings, layouts, and pipelines within Sitecore.
Leverage and integrate Sitecore AI capabilities, including AI-assisted content generation, personalization, content optimization, and related features, into Sitecore solutions where applicable.
Integrate Sitecore AI capabilities (personalization, content generation, and related features) into existing solutions where applicable.
Develop and optimize backend services using .NET (C#, ASP.NET)
Work with SQL Server for data modeling, querying, and performance tuning.
Collaborate closely with content authors and editors, supporting content management workflows.
Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical decision-making.
Troubleshoot and resolve performance, security, and integration issues.
Stay current with Sitecore platform updates, best practices, and certifications.

What we expect from you

5+ years of experience developing with .NET, with hands-on, specialized experience building solutions on Sitecore.
Strong knowledge of Sitecore architecture: templates, layouts, renderings, pipelines, and the item model.
Hands-on experience with Sitecore AI and a solid understanding of how AI capabilities can be leveraged within Sitecore solutions.
Experience with SQL Server (queries, stored procedures, performance optimization).
Experience working with a content management system — Sitecore or similar CMS platforms.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills.

Nice to have

Additional experience with Sitecore AI, including advanced AI-driven personalization, content generation, content optimization, or integration with AI-powered Sitecore features.
Direct experience with .NET MAUI or leading Xamarin-to-MAUI migration initiatives.
Knowledge of Cloud platforms (Azure and/or AWS).
Experience working with push notification services.
Experience with mobile analytics tools.
Experience integrating identity services.
Experience in enterprise mobile deployments, certificate management, and app versioning.
Deep understanding of SOLID principles, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), and Clean Architecture.
